How we do it:
1. All cracks are ground out by hand, filled, then sanded to remove any uneven levels in the floor.
2.We use a precision diamond blade cutting machine to create a "profile" that will facilitate the correct bonding surface. , ,
3. We apply environmentally safe "self priming" epoxy (VOC compliant). This epoxy contains 100% solid (very heavy duty). All epoxy`s are not created equal. Our weight per gallon is 18.99 lbs. Most consumer grade epoxy is 10.33 lbs. per gallon. , ,
4. We apply High Gloss industrial polyurethane clear coat to seal the "granite chips."
